1. STORE AND AGREEMENT
Sulvino is an online retail storefront at https://sulvino.com operated by Guangzhou Fengpei Trading Co., Ltd. These Terms of Service govern your use of the store and purchases made through it. By submitting an order, you accept the order details displayed at checkout and the policies published on the website. These terms do not exclude rights that consumer protection laws require us to honor.
2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
Products, features, included components, variants, photographs, prices, and availability are shown on their individual product pages. Product selection changes as merchandise is added, updated, or discontinued. Slight differences in color may arise from screen settings and lighting. Read the specific product description and available options before purchase.
3. ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve inventory. You place an order by completing checkout and submitting payment. We send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. If an item is unavailable, a transaction cannot be completed, a legal restriction prevents fulfillment, or a material listing error affects the order, we may cancel the affected purchase and refund any payment collected for it.
4. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
The price for each item and the order total are displayed before the order is submitted. Taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout as applicable to the purchase. We charge the checkout amount authorized by the customer. The available payment methods are the methods shown on the payment page and are processed by the payment services enabled for the store.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Normal order processing is 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Estimated shipment transit is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is USD $5.99 per order, with the applicable checkout rate and promotions displayed before payment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. The Shipping & Delivery Policy provides full procedures for tracking and delivery issues.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible unused merchandise can be submitted for return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Contact service@sulvino.com for return authorization and the correct return destination. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items should be reported within seven calendar days to support prompt resolution. These reporting procedures do not limit mandatory consumer rights. The Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility, return costs, cancellations, and refund processing.
7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information, choosing the intended products and variants, and using an authorized payment method. You may not use the site for fraudulent transactions, unlawful conduct, interference with store security, automated abuse, or unauthorized access to customer information.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The store's original text, layout, graphics, and other original materials are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party product names, trademarks, images, and brand materials remain the property of their respective owners. Buying a product does not confer rights to reproduce or commercially use protected website materials.

Our online store is powered by Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, fraud prevention, and other operational functions. Links to unrelated websites may be provided for information. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
10. SITE ACCESS AND SECURITY
We can restrict activity that threatens website security or violates these Terms. Planned maintenance, network interruptions, platform issues, and events outside reasonable control can temporarily interrupt access to the online store. Existing order and consumer rights remain in effect during website interruptions.
11. RESPONSIBILITY AND LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms removes legal rights relating to goods that are defective, not delivered, or materially misdescribed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sulvino is not liable for losses arising solely from events outside its reasonable control. This provision does not restrict liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms when store operations or applicable requirements change. The current version appears on the website with the latest update date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
